Paradise!! This house is comfortable, quiet and convenient. Perfect for 1, 2 or 3 couples.
Relax in the screened in porch or take a stroll on the sugar white beaches or a bike ride on one of many bike paths surrounding our quaint residential area. A swimming pool is available although it is not heated. Our beaches known as "Beaches of South Walton" on Scenic Hwy 30-A has lots of restaurants, one of a kind shops and multitude of other activities. seaside and Grayton Beach are just a short drive away. We are within 5 miles of Scared Heart Hospital, Silver Sands Outlet Mall & Publix Groceries.
Our 3 bedroom/3 bath beach house is nestled on a large wooded lot with Florida foliage all around to complete your tropical paradise. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment that can sleep 4 more people and it has its own kitchen and bath located downstairs from this beautiful home. For a group larger than 7 we would suggest renting our one bedroom apartment on our lower level for an additional $85.00 a day.
